I stayed in a Twin Room for 4 nights, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night after each day of exploring. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a variety of breads and fresh fruits. It’s all you can eat! One of the best parts was the amazing rooftop seating area where I took in stunning views of the Matterhorn every morning.

100% recommend 😊❤️

Oh, where do I begin? The room's bathroom was so excruciatingly narrow, I genuinely thought it was designed for a dollhouse, not a human. I almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

Room lighting needs improvement!!! Air conditioning would be beneficial in warmer seasons!!! The hallway had an odd chlorine smell that was quite unpleasant during breakfast!!!
